You connect technology, business and customer needs. In this role, you develop modern connectivity and network solutions with a focus on customer value and strategic positioning.

As a trusted advisor, you support customers and sales throughout the entire presales process – from analysis through solution strategy to commercial design. In doing so, you combine technical understanding with a sense for market trends and customer requirements.

You move confidently between architecture, consulting, solution design and commercial discussions and actively develop the connectivity and managed services portfolio.

• Development of modern connectivity and network solutions for enterprise customers in the areas of enterprise networking (LAN/WLAN), SD-WAN, SASE, network security, hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity as well as network automation
• Strategic and commercial support of sales in presales, including customer workshops, presentations, tenders and proposal presentations
• Translation of customer requirements into scalable and economically attractive solutions
• Development of pricing, service and lifecycle models
• Collaboration with product management, engineering and partners to further develop the connectivity portfolio
• Sparring partner for customers on technological and strategic issues around modern network and connectivity architectures
• Education in business administration, computer science, engineering or comparable further education (university / university of applied sciences / higher technical college or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in the field of ICT, connectivity or network solutions – ideally in a presales, consulting or solution architecture role
• Experience with manufacturers and platforms such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet or comparable technologies is an advantage
• Understanding of commercial contexts, managed services and service-based business models
• Strong customer and solution orientation with strategic thinking ability
• Strong communication, presentation and moderation skills
• Ability to convey complex technical topics clearly and business-oriented
• Fluent in German and very good English skills, French skills are an advantage
• Work location: Wallisellen or Bern
