L1 Support Engineer - Digital Workplace (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for an L1 Support Engineer - Digital Workplace (m/f/d) responsible for supporting users in the deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions at various sites in Switzerland. Start planned for October 2026.
Your mission
- Provide level 1 IT support to users, remotely and directly on site.
- Support users in the use of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Resolve common incidents related to the Digital Workplace environment and escalate issues requiring additional expertise.
- Train and advise users on best practices to facilitate the adoption of new collaborative tools.
- Regularly travel to different sites in Switzerland to provide close support during the deployment of solutions.
Your profile
- Professional experience in IT support, service desk, or user support, with good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and the ability to patiently support users with varying levels of IT proficiency.
- Autonomous, organised, proactive personality with a problem-solving focus.
- Excellent command of German, minimum level C1, as well as a good understanding of French, ideally at B1/B2 level; English is an advantage.
- Availability for approximately 40% travel across Switzerland, occasionally including overnight stays, and a valid driving licence is mandatory.
