Your main responsibilities:
- Analysis of tender documents (roads, civil engineering structures, networks, earthworks, etc.)
- Precise quantification of works and analysis of execution methods
- Consultation with suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparation of price offers and technical variants
- Close collaboration with the works teams and engineers
- Participation in the continuous improvement of estimation methods and tools


What we are looking for:
- Technical training in civil engineering (EPS, HES, EPF or equivalent)
- Proven experience in cost estimation, ideally in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards, customs, and practices
- Comfortable with calculation tools, including Excel (yes, nested formulas do not scare you)
- Use or knowledge of BAUBIT software would be a plus
- Analytical mind, rigor, sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and to defend an offer with conviction
