Your Tasks and Prospects

• You are jointly responsible with an interdisciplinary team for the pharmaceutical logistics processes from procurement to delivery to the ward pharmacies
• You lead the outpatient pharmacy department of the hospital pharmacy professionally, organisationally and personally
• You use SAP MM (S/4HANA) and modern logistics systems for efficient procurement, inventory management and billing
• You question existing pharmaceutical processes, continuously optimise them and ensure their sustainable implementation

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed pharmacy degree (federal or recognised) or specialist pharmacist in hospital pharmacy as well as professional practice permit (BAB)
• Empathetic leadership personality with high social competence and strong communication skills
• Advanced SAP MM knowledge is indispensable in the hospital environment
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
