Assistant Practice Management

Uroviva stands for a modernly managed medical network and includes a specialized clinic for urology, urological and gynecological practices as well as an andrology center. With around 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialized and emergency care and over 5,000 surgeries of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

We are looking for by arrangement a

Assistant Practice Management (100%)

• Assistant activity in practice management
• If needed, work as MPA (in case of personal shortages) at various locations
• Support in quality management of the practices
• Create, revise work processes, work aids, workflows, work instructions, correspondence templates, etc.
• Introduction and training of work processes, work aids, workflows and work instructions
• Participation in projects
• Scheduling of the floating services
• Organization of referrer events and visits

• Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Very good knowledge of tariff structures in the Swiss healthcare system
• Good PC user skills (MS Office) are required
• Willingness to travel to all locations of the practice network
• Confident German spoken and written
• Strong social skills and sense of responsibility
• Organized, structured and independent working style as well as the ability to set priorities and plan workflows efficiently
• Enjoy organizing events and occasions
