Your Tasks

As a key person in night-time production, you ensure that production runs smoothly and to the highest standards:

• Precise Production: Active participation in the production of high-quality food according to recipe and specifications.

• Quality & Hygiene Responsibility: Consistent implementation of strict hygiene and safety guidelines in the food sector.

• Efficiency & Teamwork: Actively assisting on the production line as well as preparing processes for the day shift.

• Industry Experience: Experience in food processing, gastronomy, or production is an advantage.

• Language Skills: Good German skills (at least level B1 for communication within the team and safety instructions).

• Fit & Resilient: Good physical condition and precise, clean working methods.

• Commitment: Genuine willingness to work night shifts (fixed working hours 00:00 to 06:30) and flexibility for shifts between Monday and Sunday.

• Availability: Immediate start possible and no holiday plans in the near future.

• Long-term: Permanent employment contract with real future prospects.

• Predictability: Fixed, structured working hours in the night shift with a workload of 70–80%.
