Reporting to the HR Business Partnering and HR Management division, you support managers and directors within your scope in managing their teams and implementing HR processes.
As a close HR partner, you provide advice, expertise and support on human, organisational and managerial matters, while ensuring the consistent application of HR policies, legal, regulatory and institutional frameworks.
Your mission
In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for:
- Advising and supporting managers in the daily management of their teams, individual situations and organisational challenges;
- Supporting employees throughout their professional journey within the institution;
- Participating in key HR processes: recruitment, integration, skills development, performance management, salary review, internal mobility and other HR processes;
- Collecting and challenging recruitment needs, analysing applications and conducting selection interviews;
- Supporting sensitive or complex situations, in liaison with managers and relevant HR specialists;
- Contributing to the monitoring of absenteeism, analysing situations and implementing action plans when necessary;
- Participating in reflections related to organisational changes, HR projects and change management;
- Ensuring the consistent application of the legal, regulatory, contractual framework and internal HR policies;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices, in collaboration with HR Managers and HR specialists
Your profile
We are looking for a person with 5 to 7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or HR advisory to managers, complemented by:
- A higher education in human resources, law, occupational psychology, management or equivalent field, ideally complemented by a Federal HR Certificate;
- A solid command of Swiss labour law, labour relations and social insurance; proficiency in recruitment, interviewing and candidate evaluation practices;
- Experience in supporting managers, managing sensitive situations and advising on human, organisational and operational issues;
- Analytical skills enabling the use of HR data to support decision-making and recommendations;
- Ease in managing HR projects, change management and continuous improvement of practices;
- A credible advisory stance, with the ability to provide clear and pragmatic HR opinions;
- Listening skills, discretion, a strong sense of confidentiality and good interpersonal intelligence;
- A solution-oriented approach, a cooperative spirit and the ability to reconcile demands, fairness and operational realities;
- Excellent command of French; good command of English is an asset;
- Experience in the healthcare sector or in a highly regulated environment is a plus
