Your tasks
- Implementation: You successfully implement the hospitality concept together with your team in practice and ensure compliance with the defined standards
- Processes: You coordinate the daily business and ensure a smooth operational process
- Team leadership: You lead the hospitality team of 8 employees both professionally and personally and are responsible for efficient deployment planning
- Controlling: You take over the preparation of the monthly financial statements and keep an eye on the profitability in the hospitality area
- Service quality: You ensure compliance with ZURZACH Care standards and guarantee a high quality throughout the hospitality area at the location
Your profile
- Education: You have completed training as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ and ideally have a degree from a hotel management school HF or a publican's licence
- Professional experience: You bring experience in upscale gastronomy or hospitality, ideally in a clinical environment
- IT skills: You confidently use common IT applications and have solid PC user skills
- Leadership skills: Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience
- Appearance: You convince with a winning personality, a friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as good German language skills
