For our ward specialising in urology and interdisciplinary surgery, we are seeking a certified nurse with an additional responsibility function. You will care for patients at a high nursing standard and actively contribute to the professional and organisational development of the ward.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in collaboration with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.
YOUR TASKS
- Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process
- Independent implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with support from our health care assistants
- Recognising and managing emergency situations and initiating appropriate measures until the doctor arrives
- Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer within the assigned area of responsibility
- Conducting internal departmental evaluations as well as specialist short training sessions
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Completed training as a certified nurse or equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Professional experience in an acute hospital required
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- High flexibility, resilience and strong organisational talent
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
- Good IT user skills
- High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy
- Teamwork skills and ability to guide staff
