YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in collaboration with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.

• Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process
• Independent implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with support from our health care assistants
• Recognising and managing emergency situations and initiating appropriate measures until the doctor arrives
• Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer within the assigned area of responsibility
• Conducting internal departmental evaluations as well as specialist short training sessions

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed training as a certified nurse or equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas

• Professional experience in an acute hospital required

• High flexibility, resilience and strong organisational talent
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
• Good IT user skills
• High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy
• Teamwork skills and ability to guide staff
