You are an experienced payroll professional looking for a new challenge? In this role, you take responsibility for a small team as well as demanding national and international payroll mandates. You are responsible for leading your team and successfully managing payroll projects. Your solid payroll experience, quality standards, and motivation to develop professionally and personally are crucial to your success. You have the chance to develop as a leader and further improve your skills.
Responsibilities:
- You lead and develop a small payroll team
- You manage demanding national and international payroll mandates
- You contribute your experience in areas such as social security, withholding taxes, cross-border employment relationships, or employee participation
- You support your team with technical questions and promote knowledge exchange
- You actively participate in the professional, organisational, and digital development of our payroll services
- You take responsibility in client projects and in the implementation of new mandates
Qualifications:
- You hold a professional certificate in fiduciary, HR, or social security and have additionally trained in payroll
- You bring several years of solid professional experience in payroll, ideally including some years in fiduciary or payroll outsourcing as a mandate manager
- You have very good Excel skills and solid experience with Abacus
- You convince with clear and differentiated communication skills in German as well as very good English skills
- You enjoy taking responsibility and supporting others in their development
- You use digital tools and AI purposefully to simplify processes
