Role:
The company is an internationally active Swiss technology provider for highly secure and controlled production environments in the pharmaceutical, biotech and life science industries.
Modern topics such as robotics, digital twins, CFD simulations and automated process solutions complement the classic engineering expertise. Employees operate at the interface of high-tech, pharma and life sciences and work on technologically demanding solutions that contribute to the safe manufacture of sensitive medicines and biopharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
As a controller, you take on the financial management of an international business unit and support its management as a competent contact person for business management issues.
You analyse the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, identify relevant developments and compile well-founded decision-making bases from them.
For internal reporting, you prepare financial information and assist in the preparation of periodic management accounts.
Profitability calculations, target-actual analyses and individual management evaluations are also part of your responsibilities, as is presenting your results.
You actively participate in budgeting and planning processes and support the departments in the financial control of their activities.
You contribute to the further development of controlling processes and cross-departmental optimisation projects.
Qualifications:
A completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance & controlling forms your professional basis.
You have sound knowledge of SAP FICO.
Very good Excel skills and confident handling of MS Office are among your strengths.
You analyse complex contexts precisely, think conceptually and have a strong affinity for IT systems and applications.
A confident manner, very good communication skills and business fluent German and English skills distinguish you.
