Project Management of Complex Cross-Functional Product Development Projects (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You take on the project management of complex cross-functional product development projects and bear overall responsibility for project execution as well as adherence to KPIs.
- Your tasks include conducting reviews, lessons learned, and proactive risk management, including controlling and reporting to the steering committee.
- As an expert in stakeholder management, you coordinate activities with Safran and international partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- You play an active role in implementing new project management methods and processes, lead the team, and engage in coaching and mentoring.
- Close cooperation with product and programme management is also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field and possess broad technical knowledge.
- Several years of experience in project management in an international, cross-functional R&D environment, preferably in software projects, distinguish you.
- Further training and certification in project management demonstrate your expertise.
- You bring a solid understanding of various project management methods, including both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- You are fluent in German and English, as this is mandatory.
- As a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a pragmatic approach, your focus is on well-functioning teams.
- Your strong communication skills and social competence are crucial for this position.
