What you will achieve

• In the Underwriting Specialty & Helvetia Global Solutions Business | Fronting team, you will assess exciting cyber, machinery, construction, and assembly risks in Switzerland and internationally, calculate premiums, and create customised offers.
• You will be the professional contact for sales and support them with your expertise in day-to-day business.
• You will ensure the professional handling of administrative tasks, such as policy issuance and contract amendments.
• You will contribute your ideas and actively shape the further development of the Technical Insurance department.
• Your workplace is in St. Gallen; thanks to flex-office options, you will also benefit from a modern and flexible working environment.

What you bring

• You have a commercial education and training; initial or already in-depth experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• You quickly identify relevant issues, carefully analyse contexts, and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
• With your communicative manner, you build trusting relationships with customers and convince through a strong market and customer orientation.
• You work reliably, with integrity, and as a team player, using your resources purposefully to achieve effective results together.
• You communicate confidently in German and Italian; English skills ideally complete your profile.
