To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Sickness Benefit Claims Manager, between 80% and 100%, responsible for handling case settlements.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Ensure the complete and autonomous management of sickness benefit claims files in the assigned portfolio.
- Apply the general insurance conditions.
- Assess entitlement to daily allowance benefits.
- Collaborate with Care Managers, medical advisers and various internal departments.
- Implement external expert assessments.
- Conduct telephone interviews with insured persons and clients.
Your profile:
- Federal insurance certificate or equivalent training.
Minimum 3 years practical experience in benefits/claims in personal insurance. - Native French speaker with a very good command of Italian (min. level B2).
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office).
