Responsibilities:
Ensuring and continuously developing product and process quality
Monitoring and optimising existing quality management processes
Conducting and supporting internal and external quality audits
Analysing quality deviations and initiating and monitoring appropriate corrective and preventive measures
Handling customer and supplier complaints using structured problem-solving methods (e.g. 8D report, 5-Why)
Creating, maintaining and further developing quality documentation, inspection instructions and test plans
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training, ideally with further education in quality management
Several years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing and quality assurance
Good knowledge of quality management systems, especially ISO 9001
Experience with common quality methods and tools such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa and 5-Why
Confident handling of technical drawings, testing equipment and measurement procedures
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking
Independent, reliable and responsible working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Confident use of MS Office and ideally ERP or CAQ systems
