About the job
You have experience in care and want to plan your assignments flexibly? For our clients in the Wil region, we are looking for experienced care assistants for pool assignments in psychiatry, gerontopsychiatry, and 1:1 support.
Requirements
- Completed SRK care assistant course or a care assistant course recognised by OdASanté
- At least 6 months of experience in psychiatry or long-term care in Switzerland
- Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality
- Independent and reliable working style
Tasks
- Care and support of people with psychiatric or gerontopsychiatric illnesses
- Taking on 1:1 support duties
- Assistance with basic care and daily ward routines
- Observation and communication of relevant changes to the care team
