Role:
An ERP system thrives on people who understand and think it through. This is exactly where the position of Application Manager Dynamics 365 Business Central comes in. At the centre is a mature environment based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which you are professionally responsible for. You translate requests from the departments into concrete solutions and maintain contact with external partners. Those who enjoy building bridges between technology and business will find plenty of scope here.
Responsibilities:
You keep the ERP application running stably and develop it step by step.
You gather requirements from the departments, specify them, and accompany the parameterisation by the system supplier.
Furthermore, you manage collaboration with external partners and ensure clean interfaces to adjacent applications.
You support users with questions about functionality and communicate disruptions and planned interruptions early.
As a link between the department and IT, you coordinate topics, appointments, and priorities.
You also contribute to projects for process digitalisation and automate recurring workflows.
Qualifications:
You have practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Evaluations and database queries with Microsoft SQL pose no difficulty for you.
You quickly grasp new topics and have a strong sense for technology.
In addition, you have an open, helpful manner in contact with users.
You work reliably in a team and remain structured even with multiple tasks.
Initial experience with Power BI or Power Automate is a plus.
