• You independently handle legal issues from the primary school sector as well as related personnel law matters.
• You manage legislative projects and provide legal advice to all employees of the various departments of the DVS as well as to school authorities, teachers, and parents.
• You work out incoming requests and statements precisely, making even complex legal content clear and to the point.
• You contribute your legal expertise in DVS projects.
• You participate in courses, for example in cooperation with PH Lucerne, and support the transfer of knowledge into practice.

• You have completed a university law degree with a Master’s or Licentiate.
• Ideally, you have a CAS in data protection. If not, you are willing to complete this further training with our support.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in education law, public personnel and administrative law, as well as data protection law. Initial experience in project work is also an advantage.
• You quickly grasp new issues, set priorities sensibly, and work reliably, structured, and responsibly.
• You convince with your confident linguistic expression as well as your strong communication, organisational, and advisory skills.
• You are passionate about educational topics and want to engage with the legal challenges of a constantly evolving primary school.
