Your Tasks
- You analyse and optimise existing business processes and IT landscapes in client projects.
- You actively work on the design and implementation of digital solutions - strategically, technologically, and organisationally.
- You take responsibility in project management, change management, or the implementation of IT roadmaps.
- You support clients from the public sector and healthcare in complex transformation projects.
- You work interdisciplinarily with experts from various fields (e.g. business, law, computer science, medicine).
Our Requirements
- A completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in external IT consulting or project management, ideally in the public sector or healthcare.
- Familiarity with current technologies, digitalisation trends, and agile project methods.
- Experience in ECM/DMS.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and enjoyment of direct collaboration with clients on site (no home office model).
- A structured working style, team spirit, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
