As a supervisor, you manage the software of our property managers and oversee them. You listen to and note the needs of front-line employees and find appropriate solutions in cooperation with our IT services.
Your mission in detail
- Ensure first-level support
- Collaborate on the development of systems and projects
- Organise and deliver training on systems or processes
- Ensure that processes are implemented according to requirements and guidelines
Your profile
- Several years of experience in property management
- Knowledge and experience with the GREM software; furthermore, you are interested in applications and their development
- Native French speaker and knowledge of German is an advantage
- You provide precise work with professional conscientiousness
