Your Tasks
- You design and implement ECM/DMS solutions for our customers
- You support customers from requirements gathering through customising to commissioning and ensuring operational reliability
- You analyse requirements and develop technical concepts
- You install, configure and operate software solutions and adapt them individually to customer needs if required
- You conduct workshops to implement customer requirements optimally
- You work closely with customers, partners and our team and provide advisory support
Our Requirements
- Degree in computer science or comparable education
- At least 2 years of experience in designing, installing and configuring ECM/DMS solutions
- Experience with scripting languages to extend standard solutions
- Ideally experience with software solutions such as: DocProStar (TCG) or comparable input management platforms, d.velop Documents, OnBase (Hyland) or comparable DMS solutions
- Experience in operation, support and further development of applications
- Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland
- Enjoyment in technical problem solving, software parameterisation and customer contact
- Nice-to-have / Advantages
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
- Knowledge of IT architectures, server administration and SQL databases
- Team player with strong communication skills and initiative
