We are looking for?:

DISHWASHER - KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Raisin remains above all a family endeavour where kindness and respect prevail. The establishment (approx. 70 covers) will employ about ten collaborators.

As a Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant, you will be part of a team of 5 people. Your mission will be to support the team through your versatility to offer customers a refined and authentic culinary offer, respecting the products and cooking methods.

Your tasks:

• Ensure dishwashing of crockery, utensils and cookware in compliance with hygiene rules;
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces (including floors, storage areas and cold rooms, as well as various cleanings according to schedule);
• Participate in ingredient preparation (peeling, cutting, mise en place);
• Contribute to cleaning and tidying of equipment and tools;
• Assist cooks in the preparation, plating and sending out of dishes (gradually integrating food production techniques);
• Participate in receiving goods, storage and stock control;
• Provide versatile support to the team as needed;
• Participate in the maintenance of the restaurant’s outdoor areas;
• Sort and dispose of waste related to the restaurant’s operation;
• Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.

Your profile:

• You are versatile, punctual, quick and organised.
• You have some experience in dishwashing or kitchen work.
• You have good physical endurance and the ability to work under pressure.
• You are comfortable with common IT tools and HACCP tracking systems.
