Your field of impact

• You take on the entrepreneurial overall responsibility for demanding timber construction overall performance projects and manage the entire construction process from planning, tendering and awarding through realisation across all trades to turnkey handover
• As the responsible project and construction manager GU/TU, you independently lead your projects and control costs, deadlines and quality
• You organise and lead project teams, coordinate external specialist planners and contractors, work closely with cost planning and execution, and act as a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the client
• You operate in an environment with short decision-making paths, a lot of trust and genuine scope for action

Your foundation

• You have a basic education in construction as well as a qualification as a HF technician in timber construction, construction manager or construction planner, or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring several years of experience in construction and/or project management, preferably in timber construction
• Even with complex projects, you always keep an overview by working in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner
• You appreciate working independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility, structure and plan your projects proactively and communicate clearly and on equal terms. You succeed in inspiring others for common goals
