YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in collaboration with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.
YOUR TASKS
- Competent and individual care of our patients taking into account our nursing mission statement as well as independent implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor
- Recognition and management of emergency situations as well as initiation of appropriate measures until the doctor arrives
- Assuming responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer within the assigned area of responsibility
- Introduction and support of new employees, trainees and students
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Completed training as a certified nurse or equivalent SRK recognition for foreign qualifications
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Professional experience in acute care and experience in orthopaedics advantageous
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- High flexibility, resilience and strong organisational skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (Certificate B2)
- Good IT user skills
- High social competence and strong empathy
- Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
