Mission:
- Set up one or more machines (CNC Haas or Mazak, or transfer machines)
- Monitor production (start-up, follow-up, supply)
- Manage first-level maintenance, intervene in case of simple breakdowns
- Load and unload machines
- Propose solutions to improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance
- Correct any deviation in the manufacturing process
- Perform part inspection according to instructions
- Clean and maintain machines
- Ensure the proper functioning of tooling from the start to the end of the series
- Respect, know, and apply hygiene and safety rules
- Apply the safety charter
- Participate in continuous improvement
- Collaborate with operators
- Communicate any issues to your superior


Your profile:
- Ability to meet production objectives
- Capacity to perform self-checks using standard tools
- Organisational skills
- Willingness to work in two-shift system
- Federal VET Diploma in a mechanical trade or equivalent training
- Experience in setting CNC or transfer machines
- Proficiency in using control devices
- Reading conventional technical drawings
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry)
