Overall responsibility for financial accounting, controlling, taxes, insurance and financial management of the group companies
Leadership and development of a four-person team in the areas of financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, controlling and payroll
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER as well as responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Ensuring forward-looking liquidity planning as well as responsibility for tax planning, VAT and collaboration with auditors and tax experts
Responsibility for payroll, social insurance, year-end settlements and salary certificates
Further development of controlling, KPI systems and management information systems as well as digitalisation and optimisation of finance processes
Participation in strategic projects, risk management as well as responsibility for insurance, contract and property management
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with advanced business management training in finance, accounting or controlling at university of applied sciences level or equivalent; further training as a certified expert in accounting & controlling is an advantage
Several years of leadership experience in a comparable finance function, ideally in a trading company or SME
Very good knowledge of finance and accounting, controlling, payroll as well as Swiss accounting, tax and social security law
Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV, as well as strong IT and process affinity
Very good German and French skills as well as analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication and leadership skills
