Quality Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

You independently coordinate compliance with and maintenance of quality standards according to ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
You review processes within the scope of audits and ensure that identified deviations are processed transparently.
You assess changes in legal and normative requirements regarding their impact on the company.
In supplier management, you check quality performance, accompany supplier audits and support purchasing in handling complaints.
You provide quality evidence and evaluations for customer concerns and participate in external inspections.
You handle enquiries regarding substance regulations and material compliance in coordination with the responsible departments.
You prepare quality reports and KPI evaluations and monitor the results of ongoing improvement projects.
You train employees on quality-relevant requirements and support the uniform application of internal processes.
Qualifications:
A technical university education or further training as a technician forms your professional basis.
You have at least three years of experience in quality assurance, quality management or compliance.
You are well acquainted with the requirements of ISO 9001; further standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 14001 or EN 9100 are a plus.
You can analyse data in a structured manner and prepare results understandably for different stakeholders.
You approach tasks in a structured and responsible way.
You consistently represent professional requirements and are at the same time open to appropriate solutions.
You enjoy collaborating with internal departments, suppliers and customers; you use your communication skills purposefully.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written, as well as clear communication are part of your profile.
