Senior Business Partner Finance (m/f/d)

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an established Swiss industrial and technology company, we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner in the Bern region. You will work in a finance team that supports a growing business area and act as a sparring partner for the business managers. You ensure financial governance, provide transparent reporting, and further develop controlling conceptually.
Responsibilities:
You share responsibility for the financial management and transparency of several business segments with their own P&L and act as a sparring partner for the business managers
You support the further development of business area controlling, including conceptual work
You contribute to business cases and ensure financial governance during the bidding phase
Together with those responsible for orders, you ensure transparent and targeted cost centre controlling
You analyse and comment on results together with the business managers and prepare forecasts and financial planning
You ensure high-quality financial statements within your area of responsibility
Qualifications:
You have a higher business administration qualification (FH/University) and/or further training such as a certified specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma
You bring several years of experience in controlling within a complex and diversified corporate and customer environment
You possess very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO (additional modules are an advantage) and MS Office, especially Excel
You think economically and convince with analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills
You have very good German and English skills (level B2) and are willing to travel occasionally to other locations in Switzerland
