For a renowned institution in the acute care sector, we are seeking a committed Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH for the IMC Neonatology. You can expect a demanding and varied role in a specialised environment as well as as flexible a shift schedule as possible.
Your Tasks
- Professional care and support of newborns in the IMC area
- Monitoring and assessment of the health status of patients
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of the individual care process
- Ensuring professional and complete nursing documentation
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical service and other professionals
- Support and involvement of parents and caregivers
- Contributing to ensuring a high quality of care and support
Our Requirements
- Qualification as a Certified Nurse HF/FH or a comparable education
- For foreign qualifications: SRK recognition or at least a positive SRK PreCheck
- Ideally professional experience in neonatology, paediatrics or IMC
- Responsible and independent working style
- High professional and social competence
- Resilience and confidence in dealing with demanding care situations
- Willingness to work shifts
