You continuously develop business processes and applications
You take on support, maintenance, and patch installations
You maintain interfaces and perform simple data cleansing
You support digitalisation and analyse key figures and reports
You coordinate stakeholders and collaborate on application rollouts and projects
You create and maintain system and operational documentation
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional, or business informatics specialist
You bring experience with ERP or ITSM systems; SQL knowledge is an advantage
You have basic knowledge of servers, services, and networks
You work analytically, independently, proactively, and solution-oriented
You are communicative, a team player, and eager to learn and possess very good German and good English skills
