Role:
The company is an internationally active technology group specialising in high-performance sealing and polymer solutions for demanding industrial applications.
The combination of materials science, engineering and automated production is particularly exciting.
Employees thus operate at the interface of research, engineering, production and international industrial business and work on solutions used in safety- and performance-critical applications.
Responsibilities:
You work closely with the Business Unit President and Leadership Team and support the further development of business performance.
You analyse financial developments, identify potentials and translate your findings into concrete business recommendations.
You are responsible for budgeting, forecasts, strategic planning and financial reporting as well as an efficient financial close.
For production and operations, you take on financial management focusing on cost accounting, manufacturing variances, inventory and CAPEX business cases.
At the same time, you actively shape transformation, operational excellence and the expansion of finance competencies.
Qualifications:
An academic education in finance, accounting, economics or business administration as well as a professional finance qualification form your technical basis.
You have several years of relevant experience in finance, controlling or business partnering and are familiar with the requirements of international production and trading companies.
You bring experience in multinational matrix organisations as well as in communication with senior-level executives.
Sound knowledge in FP&A, controlling, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, working capital and financial governance is complemented by confident ERP user skills.
Fluent written and spoken German as well as business fluent English.
