Your daily life with us

• Provide quality care, individualised and adapted to the health status of each resident, within a holistic and interdisciplinary approach
• Perform delegated care and medical-technical acts in compliance with procedures and hygiene and safety rules
• Assume the role of key worker for several residents and participate in the development, monitoring and evaluation of their life project
• Be a resource person for nursing assistants, trainees and apprentices
• Work closely with nursing staff, the activity service and external professionals (attending physicians)
• Contribute to the quality approach and continuous improvement of our practices

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, respect, empathy
• Sensitivity to the needs and expectations of residents and their relatives
• Experience in a nursing home and an interest in geriatrics are assets
• Knowledge of the Carefolio IT system and the RAI instrument is a plus
