Within Swatch Group Gems, a purchasing centre specialised in small diamonds, precious stones and other gems, you contribute to the performance and security of supplies for the Group's watch brands.
In an international and demanding environment, you take charge of purchasing activities related to your portfolio: needs analysis, sourcing, tenders, negotiation, supplier follow-up and coordination with internal partners.

Job Description

o Support brands in expressing their needs and propose suitable supply solutions.
o Identify, evaluate and develop a panel of reliable, competitive suppliers compliant with the Group's requirements.
o Manage tenders, analyse offers and conduct commercial negotiations.
o Monitor supplier performance in terms of price, quality, deadlines, service and commercial conditions.
o Anticipate supply risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing practices.
o For the strategic aspect, participate in the development and deployment of the purchasing strategy.

Profile

o Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, international trade or equivalent.
o Proven experience in purchasing, ideally in an international or industrial environment.
o Good command of purchasing processes: sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, contracting and supplier follow-up.
o Ease with digital tools, analysis and reporting.
o Analytical mind, rigour, integrity and sense of responsibility.
o Autonomy, proactivity, solution orientation and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
