SarnenYour Tasks
- You work in the kitchen across all stations: preparing meals, maintaining infrastructure, waste disposal, and assisting with cleaning, meal distribution, and dishwashing.
- You consistently implement the cooking and hygiene concept.
- You support the kitchen crew in guiding, promoting, and accompanying 4 asylum seekers, in close collaboration with the care team staff.
Your Profile
- Training as a Cook EFZ and experience in work pedagogy is an advantage.
- Good oral knowledge of another national language or English or an asylum-relevant foreign language.
- High social and self-competence, ability to cooperate, assertiveness.
- No entries in the criminal record (private and special private extract) and debt enforcement register.

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 65,000 and 80,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
