Do you want to do more than just manufacture parts, but actively improve processes? In this versatile role, you develop, build and optimise workplaces, fixtures and operating equipment for our production. With your technical know-how and ideas, you make an important contribution to the efficiency, ergonomics and quality of our manufacturing processes.

What I drive

• Development, manufacturing and assembly of operating equipment, workplaces and fixtures
• Implementation of improvement projects to increase productivity, ergonomics and quality
• Design and manufacture of aids for production and assembly processes
• Analysis of existing workflows and development of efficient and economical solutions
• Co-design and further development of technical standards and best practices
• Support of prototype and fixture construction as well as general mechanical work

What it takes

• Technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, KVP mechanic or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in assembly technology
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Customer- and service-oriented working style
