Head of HR & Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for and optimise the financial and administrative processes including budgeting, accounting and controlling.
You coordinate the accounting and contribute to monthly, quarterly closings as well as budget planning.
You support the locations in all financial matters and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements.
You further develop reporting and controlling tools and introduce meaningful dashboards.
You manage the internal control system and assist in optimising financial processes.
Qualifications:
Federal diploma in finance and accounting or comparable higher education.
Several years of professional experience in a senior financial role.
Very good knowledge of Abacus and common MS Office applications.
Analytical, structured and independent working style.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
