Your mission:

• Prepare and establish precise quotes related to construction sector projects, ensuring consistency of costs and deadlines.
• Manage requests for offers from suppliers and partners, ensuring a rigorous comparison of received bids.
• Submit offers with a detailed analysis, facilitating decision-making for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to adapt proposals to the specific requirements of the site.
• Ensure constant updating of pricing information and market data in the context of construction in Switzerland.
• Comply with the standards and regulations in force in the Swiss construction sector.

Now, shall we talk about you?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Switzerland, ideally in quote preparation and offer management in the construction field.
• You have perfect command of French, native language required, to ensure clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
• You have in-depth knowledge of processes related to quote preparation, request for offers and submission within the Swiss construction sector.
• You live within 40 km of the workplace, facilitating your mobility and availability.
• This position does not include responsibilities in accounting or human resources.
