Purchasing for Materials Management and Scheduling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Role:
As an Operational Buyer & Materials Manager (m/f/d), you ensure reliable and timely material supply and work together with internal and external partners to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
Operational procurement of raw materials, components, merchandise and services
Creation and follow-up of orders
Monitoring delivery dates, order confirmations and delivery quantities
Ensuring timely material availability
Maintenance and monitoring of scheduling parameters, inventories and master data
Inventory management and optimisation of stock levels
Identifying and handling delivery bottlenecks and initiating appropriate measures
Supplier management and monitoring of delivery performance, quality and punctuality
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further education in purchasing, supply chain management or a comparable field
Professional experience in operational purchasing, materials scheduling or supply chain management
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent German; good English skills
Strong organisational and communication skills
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
High sense of responsibility as well as good technical and commercial understanding
