About the job
At the Centre for Oncology and Haematology, we care for our patients at the locations Baden, Brugg and Muri with over 20,000 consultations per year. In our outpatient clinic in Brugg, you work in a varied ambulatory environment and support patients in different treatment situations. As part of the certified Tumour Centre of the Cantonal Hospital Baden (European Cancer Center, DKG), you work in an interprofessional team and contribute to connected and quality-oriented care. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- You welcome patients and ensure they feel well cared for.
- You plan and coordinate the consultations and keep appointments under control.
- You provide telephone information to internal and external contacts.
- You perform general secretarial duties and keep processes running.
- You manage materials and ensure everything is available.
- You carry out capillary and venous blood sampling.
- You operate laboratory equipment, perform quality controls and maintain the systems.
- You assist with bone marrow punctures.
- You perform ECGs and prepare the examinations.
Your profile
- You have completed training as an MPA.
- You have already worked in a practice or hospital and are familiar with everyday routines.
- Ideally, you have experience in the laboratory and enjoy working precisely.
- You are confident with digital systems and find your way around quickly.
- You express yourself clearly in spoken and written German.
- You approach people openly, listen and remain calm even in hectic moments.
