Senior Physician Emergency Department (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF165,000 - 180,000Role:
Our Rocken partner is looking for an experienced and motivated senior physician to lead the medical team in the emergency department. In this position, you bear the professional and administrative responsibility for the medical initial care and emergency treatment of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- As a senior physician in the emergency department, you bear the professional and administrative responsibility for the medical team.
- You ensure that first-class medical initial care and emergency treatment are guaranteed.
- Furthermore, you are actively involved in the further development of treatment standards and the optimisation of processes.
- You regularly conduct training and continuing education for the medical staff and represent the emergency medicine of the clinic in professional committees and the public.
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist title in internal medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, or are close to obtaining it.
- In addition, you can demonstrate several years of experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibilities.
- You are characterised by strong skills in crisis intervention and stress resistance.
- The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and excellent communication skills complete your profile.
- You think visionary and continuously strive for improvements in emergency medical care.
