Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Role:

Responsibilities:
You take on the comprehensive care and management of the properties and ensure professional letting.
You independently manage the various processes from tenancy agreements to key handover.
In exchange with the board, presidency, cooperative members and external service providers, you coordinate all relevant matters.
You lead the office, organise the technical service and support construction and renovation projects.
In doing so, you ensure smooth operations and continuously develop the management processes.
Qualifications:
You have training in the real estate sector with a federal specialist certificate or a commercial basic education with good accounting knowledge.
Your good IT user skills in Microsoft 365.
You convince through communication skills, initiative, responsibility and a solution-oriented working style.
Very good German skills as well as good French skills.
