Together with you, we will build the condominium ownership division at Tend AG and drive the digital transformation of property management forward. You will have the opportunity to contribute hands-on in start-up mode while benefiting from the structures and stability of the Halter Group. As Senior Property Manager Condominium Ownership, you will take responsibility from the outset and significantly shape a new division.
Your workplace is located at JED Schlieren, in a state-of-the-art working environment shared with Halter AG and other sister companies. Within Tend AG, with around 60 employees, you will find a helpful team that supports you with extensive know-how about real estate industry processes. Do you have extensive experience in property management and a special flair for condominium ownership? Are you passionate about building a new area from scratch and implementing efficient processes in practice? Do you enjoy working in cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental teams? Then you are exactly right with us!
Your area of responsibility
- Building and establishing the new condominium ownership division at Tend AG: You develop management processes for a growing condominium portfolio starting mid-2027 and expanding significantly in 2028
- Professional responsibility for managing condominium owners’ associations: preparation, leadership, and follow-up of owners’ meetings, implementation of resolutions
- Introduction and establishment of new, efficient management processes together with the FM and Digital teams
- Contact person for owners, service providers, craftsmen, caretakers, and authorities
- Coordination of repair, maintenance, and renovation work as well as management of FM service providers
- Preparation of budgets, reports, accounts, and market analyses
- Conducting property inspections to monitor the structural condition
- In the initial phase, you will additionally support the rental apartments team until your condominium portfolio reaches full capacity
What you bring
- Several years of professional experience in property management, with solid know-how in condominium ownership
- Federal specialist certificate as a property manager
- Experience in preparing and leading condominium owners’ meetings
- Good knowledge of real estate accounting as well as tenancy, lease, and condominium ownership law
- Affinity for working with digital tools and software
- Fluent German and English skills
- Initiative and enthusiasm for building something new
- Assertiveness, resilience, and an open approach to people
- Strong entrepreneurial personality
