Your future area of responsibility
- Acceptance and processing of event enquiries, as well as telephone advice for corporate and private customers
- Creation of individual event offers based on internal standards and customer wishes
- Written correspondence and contract negotiations in close coordination with the department management
- Reservation of event rooms and hotel rooms in the Opera booking system
- Preparation and execution of the handover to event management for a smooth process

- Knowledge in the field of convention sales in the hotel industry
- Experience in telephone customer advice and handling event enquiries
- Careful and structured working method when creating customised offers
- Confidence in written communication and negotiation – also in coordination with department management
- Proficient use of the Opera booking system for reserving event rooms and hotel rooms
- Understanding of smooth handovers and interface processes with the event management team
