With nearly 100 agencies, CSS is represented in the four regions of the country to always be close to its customers. In the three market sectors West, Central and East, 23 people work as general agents, 38 as branch managers and approximately 476 as customer advisors and customer service collaborators.
Customer Advisor
Your mission
- Prospecting and acquiring new insured persons, private clients and small to medium-sized enterprises
- Developing the portfolio of existing clients
- Providing competent advice and information to our clients
- Maintaining the personal network
- Customer retention
What you bring
- You have a commercial education or equivalent
- You have successful experience in sales
- Neat appearance and excellent written French
- Persevering, passionate and autonomous, you are skilled in negotiation and comfortable in human contact
- Perfectly service- and solution-oriented, open to innovation, you demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales
- Wide network of contacts, ideally you live in the region
