Role:
In this role, you take on the development and further development of innovative and sustainable hardware and software solutions that make a real difference in everyday life. You are responsible for the holistic consideration of system technology and platform requirements and lead ideas in a structured way to the finished product. You work closely with various stakeholders and ensure that technical concepts are implemented stably, scalably, and reliably. You analyse complex challenges, design suitable system and platform architectures, and implement them efficiently in practice. Through your creative and solution-oriented actions, you actively contribute to realising high-quality technical solutions with tangible added value.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure the smooth IT operation for clients, servers, network, backup, and applications
- You maintain and expand the existing IT infrastructure in the Microsoft environment
- In this role, you design and maintain the company’s internet presence
- You continuously support and develop the existing DevOps environment
- As a specialist in system technology and platforms, you actively participate in digitalisation projects
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ specialising in system technology or platform development
- Reliable, independent, and technically skilled personality with quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365 (including SharePoint), Windows client/server, network technology, and virtualisation
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and willingness for continuous further training
- Ideally experience in IT system technology and handling DevOps infrastructures
- Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form as well as a conscious handling of confidential information
