Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a Cook for a mission.

You will be responsible for the preparation and creation of dishes according to recipes and quality standards (traditional Swiss and Neuchâtel cuisine)

• Develop tasty menus that combine tradition and modernity
• Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes with care and attention to detail.
• Optimise kitchen processes while respecting food safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to guarantee smooth and impeccable service.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of recipes and cooking techniques.
• Team spirit, organisation and flexibility will be major assets for this position.
• Split shift hours 09:00-14:00 / 17:30-22:00

Desired qualities :

• Cook’s Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Energy in daily work
• Excellent ability to work in a team.
• Strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Flexibility and adaptability to new trends.
• Ability to manage stress in the kitchen.
• Capacity to adapt to flexible hours, including weekends
• Vehicle essential
• Resident in the region
