Recruitment Specialist (80-100%)

For our client, a banking institution located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining the profile, search strategy, selection interviews to negotiating employment terms
• Advise and support managers
• Propose and use various sourcing methods to ensure active monitoring of professions
• Contribute to recruitment-related projects
• Represent the Bank, notably at forums and other events

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally complemented by training in human resources
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience within a company
• Expertise in using candidate sourcing channels
• Ability to manage high recruitment volumes
• Rigour, collaborative spirit, results orientation
• Ability to persuade, sense of service and organisation
• Excellent command of French.
