We specialise in the international transport of collector vehicles. Based in Thörishaus, near Bern, c.a.r. logistics moves vehicles around the world. Due to the upcoming retirement of our long-standing employee, we are looking to strengthen our team by arrangement with a committed, responsible and reliable individual as

Clerk for International Transport 100%

Your tasks

- You ensure impeccable customer service in the area of international car transport processing

- Preparation of transport quotations and their complete handling

- The comprehensive organisation and coordination of car transports from A to Z, including the necessary

customs formalities

- Planning and monitoring of freight forwarding and customs clearance

- Preparation and processing of the necessary invoicing documents

- Communication and coordination with internal and external service providers as well as authorities

- Ensuring a smooth, timely and professional process

Your profile

- You have a commercial education and/or professional experience in a similar field, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics

- Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working

- Solution-oriented, independent and efficient working style

- Resilience and flexibility even in hectic situations

- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact

- Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team

- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

- Good French skills are an advantage

- Prior knowledge of customs procedures is an advantage
