Role:
A qualified specialist is sought for a position in HLKS project planning. The scope of duties includes planning and coordinating HLKS projects, developing energy-efficient solutions, and the technical implementation of infrastructure, industrial, and building construction projects. We are looking for a person with solid expertise and experience in building services engineering.
Responsibilities:
Planning and coordination of HLKS projects in the areas of infrastructure, building construction, and industry
Development of concepts as well as conducting feasibility studies and technical calculations
Preparation of project documents and execution planning according to SIA phases 3-5
Dimensioning of ventilation and cooling systems for complex construction projects
Collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams to implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
Qualifications:
Completed studies in HLKS, mechanical or building services engineering or comparable qualification
Professional experience in planning HLKS or thermal engineering systems
Knowledge of SIA standards and confident use of MS Office; BIM and Revit skills are an advantage
Very good Italian skills as well as good German skills (at least level B2)
