Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the Northeast Switzerland region, i.e. the qualitative, organisational and financial responsibility for all mandates in the Facility Service area
- Leadership, promotion and targeted development of the subordinate staff
- Maintaining constant customer contact as well as responsibility for acquisition and further development of the customer portfolio
- Implementation of the strategic corporate objectives in collaboration with the team
- Structural and solution-oriented further development of operational concepts and organisation in the Facility Service area
- Building a good network in the Facility Service sector in the Northeast Switzerland region
Your profile
- Higher education qualification, preferably in Facility Service or comparable experience
- Several years of professional experience in the cleaning industry is an advantage
- A person residing in Northeast Switzerland who therefore brings a pronounced regional network at management level
- Business management expertise, affinity for numbers and proven leadership experience of larger personnel bodies
- A personable, strong leadership personality with a pronounced sense of organisation and coordination
- Open personality and high communication skills
